When your iPhone needs anything from a screen repair to a battery replacement, SmartFix has the parts, tools, and experience to get the job done right – quickly and hassle-free. You can also sell your iPhone to SmartFix or trade it in for one of the many premium pre-owned devices available in our stores.

Please make sure your iPhone is on, has at least a 20% charge and you know the passcode.

What repairs can you do ?

A. If your mobile phone is damaged and out of warranty, we will try and fix it for you !

If my phone is “water damaged” (damaged by any type of liquid) can you still fix it?

A. We can fix most water damaged phones as that is our speciality !

Can you fix my home button ?

A. Yes we can fix your devices home button, but <em>please note that after the fix the finger print will not work</em>.

How do I get my phone to you ?

Hand in to one of our Drop Off Centres, by post or we can pick up your phone within a 5 mile radius of Norwich. Anything further than 5 miles will be at an additional cost. (Please contact us for details)

How long will it take to fix it ?

A. Turnaround time is 2-7 days after receiving the phone depending on job and availability of parts. Most jobs are completed within 2-3 days This does depend on the fault, make of phone and parts required.

What happens if you can’t fix it ?

On the odd occasion that we can not repair your phone, we will get in touch to let you know and return the phone. You will be charged the £10 service charge only.

Is my phone insured while you have it ?

No it is only worth scrap value while damaged. Insurance companies do not insure damaged phones for their full value.

Why do the charges differ ?

Each repair is priced on time taken, type of damage, and any parts needed. Until we assess the damage we can not know the true cost of repair. (A deposit will be taken before we assess the damage).
